Don't grind. You're better than that. Scan down someone's mission and take their loot, do some day trading, scam someone, buy things and haul them to where you can sell them for more or suicide gank for profit would be my suggestions. Or corp theft.

Also, unlike the real police, CONCORD doesn't come forty minutes too late, do nothing effective, and make you fill out a bunch of paperwork with people that are going to charge you more money to insure your stuff now.
